Questa è la foto satellitare a raggi infrarossi della tempesta tropicale Bill che ha flagellato l' America;  ma altre tempeste stanno inondando gran parte del mondo (in Cina evacuate per inondazioni oltre 400.000 persone). 
Dove non c'è inondazione c'è siccità e incendi.
